I work with adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families, using a holistic, trauma-informed approach to support healing, growth, and meaningful change. Together, we create a warm, collaborative space to explore challenges, deepen self-connection, and build resilience. My practice is inclusive and affirming of all identities and lived experiences — all are welcome here.

Couples Therapy
Relationship challenges can deeply affect our well-being. I help couples improve communication, navigate conflict, and strengthen connection.

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that supports the nervous system in safely processing trauma and long-standing emotional wounds.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is a gentle, evidence-based therapy that builds self-understanding and compassion by helping heal trauma-related patterns and emotional overwhelm.
Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety, panic, and overwhelming stress can impact daily life and relationships. Therapy can help you manage symptoms and regain calm and control.
Depression Therapy
When heaviness, low motivation, or negative inner dialogue linger, it may be a sign of depression. Therapy can help create relief and momentum.
Trauma Therapy
Trauma from a single event or long-term experiences can have lasting effects. Somatic and brain-based therapies support healing and change.
Somatic Psychotherapy
Somatic psychotherapy helps you connect with your body to process emotions, release tension, and support healing from trauma and stress.
